Dinyar S. Devitre (He/His/Him)

Chief Compliance Officer

Dinyar has held several senior operating positions with Philip Morris and then with Altria where he had a 35-year career. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Altria Group Inc., a role he held from 2002 to 2008 before retiring from the company. Between 1998 and 2001 Dinyar was Executive Vice President and Group Head of Citibank’s Global Consumer Bank for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Born in Jamshedpur, India, Dinyar earned a B.A. (Hons.) degree at St. Joseph’s College in Darjeeling, India, and an MBA. from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. He lives in New York with his family.

S.A. Ibrahim is a seasoned executive with almost 40 years of leadership experience in the FinTech sector. He was most recently the CEO of Radian Group, a credit enhancement company that offers mortgage insurance, financial guarantee insurance for public finance, asset-backed and structured finance transactions, reinsurance, and other financial services. During his 12 years at Radian, he led the team through a remarkable turnaround after the 2008 financial downturn that threatened the company’s USD 150 billion in global credit. In 2015, S.A. Ibrahim was named one of the “10 Best CEOs of Mid-cap Companies” by ExecRank and TheStreet. He closed his tenure following the industry-leading company’s most successful year to date in 2016 and his leadership resulted in the company being honored for outstanding senior executive diversity in 2016 and won the Mortgage Bankers’ Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Award. Before Radian, S.A. Ibrahim served as CEO of GreenPoint Mortgage through a period of immense growth, taking the company from 500 to more than 5,000 employees and from USD 6B to USD 60B in volume in only six years.

He also held a range of marketing, sales, financial, risk management, and senior executive positions at major institutions such as General Electric, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan-Chase, and American Express after receiving his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he works as an advisor and angel investor focused on socially responsible technology start-ups.

As an advocate of diversity, inclusion, and interfaith relations, he is active in several educational, religious, and policy-related non-profit organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League, the Middle East Institute, the Foreign Policy Research Institute, the American-Jewish Committee, and the Muslim-Jewish Council. In 2004, he started the Nina and S.A. Ibrahim Foundation with his wife to promote interfaith relations and religious tolerance through student travel and exchange programme.

Sundar Subramaniam (He/His/Him)

Mr. Sundar Subramaniam is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Cambridge Devices, Inc. He is the Chairman of IBCC Corp., Knome, Inc., and Cell Exchange, Inc. He is a Managing Partner at Cambridge Energy Resources, Inc. He is the Director of 38 Studios, LLC, C-Suite Labs Limited, and Comply Global Limited. He serves as a Managing Partner, Manager Member, Principal and General Partner at Higher Moment Capital, LP.

Mr. Subramaniam co-founded Knome, Inc. in 2007 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was also the President and Chief Executive Officer at Open Environment Corporation and the  Managing Director at Cambridge Samsung Partners. He previously served as the Chairman of I-Cube, C-Bridge, Open Environment Corporation, One Wave, World Street Corporation, Answer friend and Integrated Computing Engines. He served as Chairman of the Board at Siamab Therapeutics, Inc. (Sialix, Inc.). He served as a Director of DNS stuff. Mr. Subramaniam served as a Director of Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited until March 2007, served as a Director of MTPV, Cambridge Energy Resources and DNS stuff.

Mr. Subramaniam has lectured at MIT, Harvard, and is also an adjunct assistant professor of finance at Brandeis University. He received his bachelor’s degrees in economics and computer science from Brandeis University, an M.B.A. from MIT, and an M.S. from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology.

Xerxes Mullan (He/His/Him)

Xerxes Mullan is the founder of Avestar Capital. Before Avestar, Xerxes had rich experience in the banking sector. He worked as a Managing Director–Investments at the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch. He has also worked with Goldman Sachs & Co. in its Investment Management Division in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Xerxes also has experience in portfolio management, entrepreneurship, and human capital management. Xerxes is also on the Tri-State Board of Pratham (an education-based non-profit) and is a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs). He received his M. Com degree from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Yale University.

Ranjit Tinaikar (He/His/Him)

As our Chief Executive Officer, Ranjit leads the company in formulating and operationalizing our strategy. Ranjit has over 20 years of experience in the technology services sector with a track record of driving growth in the global businesses that he has managed. Before Ness, he served as the President of Fitch Solutions, a data and analytical services business where he repositioned the business for growth through strategic investments and acquisitions in differentiated analytical offerings. He was previously the Managing Director of Advisory & Investment Management, a data analytics business unit of Thomson Reuters. Ranjit was a partner at McKinsey, and one of the earliest leaders in forming their Digital practice. He also founded the Lean Software Development and IT strategy practices.

Ranjit joined Ness in 2020, at a key moment in our growth story. He brings a unique perspective, having worked on the demand side with CTOs as well as on the supply side with service providers. He has partnered with CTOs across industries to help them leverage data and technology to transform and drive business outcomes.

Shilpa Konduri (She/Her/Hers)

President

Shilpa Konduri is the President of Avestar Capital, where she oversees a remarkable management team that is led by women and participates in key company strategy, compliance, people management, and corporate governance decisions. She collaborates closely with the Marketing and Communication departments across the company with a focus on developing a responsible corporate brand in her role as brand custodian and Director on the Board of Atash Holdings. In this capacity, she directs the company’s overall strategy for creating new digital interventions through platforms and ecosystems to boost data-driven decision making in the workplace, stimulate collaborative innovation, and help customers have a better experience.

Having worked for well-known companies like Sungard, Morningstar, and YES Energy for more than 20 years, Shilpa has a proven track record of locating, negotiating, and winning significant contracts, resolving contractual disputes, and closing sizable deals that produce high-impact revenue and profitability results. By recognizing the vitality of the financial market, the ongoing changing of trends, and market-moving events, she has built a reputation for herself.

Stacey Gillespie (She/Her/Hers)

Stacey is a senior member of our compliance group and is an active participant on our firm’s Compliance Committee. She serves as a chief compliance officer to our clients and helps set policies and procedures based on new, current regulations.

Stacey has served over 16 years in dedicated compliance roles. Prior to joining CCS, she served as the chief compliance officer of the Private Client Group at Boenning & Scattergood, in addition to serving as the chief compliance officer of 1914 Advisors, Boenning’s retail asset management division. She has frequently served as the liaison to industry regulators during examinations and has spoken at industry conferences and events. Prior to Boenning, Stacey served as an associate vice president of compliance at Lockwood Advisors, a registered investment advisor.

Stacey earned a B.A. in political science from Adelphi University and an MBA from Penn State University. She has obtained the following FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63, 65, 24, 53 and 79.

During her time away from CCS, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also enjoys reading and the occasional glass of wine.

Licia Salice-Jarisch (She/Her/Hers)

Licia Salice-Jarisch served as Senior VP of Finance & Administration at Binary Fountain (now part of Press Ganey Associates) from 2014-2020. As an original employee, Licia established comprehensive finance protocols and an investor relations program, developed human resources, oversaw risk management and cash management. She led the adoption of company-wide business and SaaS metrics. Licia was featured in Forbes in 2018.

Formerly the Treasurer of Vubiquity, a global provider of multiplatform video services, Licia joined in 2006 when it was a four-person start-up and helped secure various rounds of VC financing. Prior to Vubiquity, Licia served in various leadership positions in corporate finance and business planning at Intelsat and headed their investment advisory committee.

With a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics, Licia also holds a CFA® charter and the CIPM® designation. Fluent in Italian, German and Spanish, Licia loves yoga, strength training and meditation.

Ambreen Ahmad (She/Her/Hers)

Ambreen Ahmad is a motivated and multifaceted professional who uses her organizational and prioritization skills to ensure the maximization of resources and the best of outcomes possible. She’s worked for GE, LTTS, and even a start up called ANZ Enterprises inc, and has taken all that she’s learned to become even more adept at streamlining administrative operations, while still maintaining efficiency and driving organizational goals.

Ambreen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook, and has been supporting Corporate Leadership for almost fourteen years, and has been an avid member of Corporate America for even more.

In her free time Ambreen volunteers for, and is also an Executive Board Member of W2W; a women’s empowerment group based out of New Jersey which, among its many endeavors, funds and runs a transitional home for domestically displaced South Asian women.

Sarita Gupta (She/Her/Hers)

Sarita Gupta is an experienced advisor with over 30 years of development, communications, and marketing expertise within US international relief and development non-profits. She has held leadership positions at major non-profits including CARE, Acumen Fund, and Women’s World Banking. In 2011, Sarita founded her own consultancy, Indico, to facilitate connections between US investors and donors with India-based social entrepreneurs and NGOs, and to assist Indian NGOs with fundraising in the US. Sarita’s deep understanding of both Indian and American cultures allows her to effectively advance philanthropy among the Indian-American diaspora.

Sarita holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Delhi University. She has contributed to client relations, events, and marketing efforts in her current role.

Sarita’s passion for traveling has taken her around the world, but she calls New York City home.
